About the 16PF Test
The 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) is a comprehensive personality assessment that measures 16 distinct personality traits. Developed by Raymond Cattell, this test provides insights into various aspects of your personality that influence how you think, feel, and interact with others.
This test consists of 164 statements about yourself. For each statement, indicate how accurate it is on a scale of 1 (Disagree) to 5 (Agree). The test will take most people around ten minutes to complete.
The 16 factors measured by this test are:
