About the Big Five Personality Test

The Big Five personality traits, also known as the five-factor model (FFM), is a grouping of five personality traits: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.

The Five Factors:

  • Openness to Experience (O): Inventive/Curious vs. Consistent/Cautious
  • Conscientiousness (C): Efficient/Organized vs. Easy-Going/Careless
  • Extraversion (E): Outgoing/Energetic vs. Solitary/Reserved
  • Agreeableness (A): Friendly/Compassionate vs. Critical/Rational
  • Neuroticism (N): Sensitive/Nervous vs. Secure/Confident
